We understand that health and safety are important factors for our patrons considering returning Chautauqua Auditorium for in-person concerts in the 2021 Festival season (July 1-August 7). Watch this page for updates as the Festival approaches.

COVID-19 Safety Plan

Guidance for safe social distancing practices will be observed closely in the months to come, and will most likely include limiting the number of orchestra members on stage. The Festival’s venue, Chautauqua Auditorium, will implement a COVID-19 safety plan throughout the 2021 season, including the latest guidelines for spacing between seats, distance between performers and audience members, and mask requirements for all. More information about the safety plan will be available here and on the Chautauqua website prior to the season opening.

Livestreamed Concerts

This season we are offering livestreams of 6 of our concerts, plus our popular Family Concert. Links to the livestreamed concerts will be provided to all ticket holders of those concerts, and can also be purchased separately (individually or as a package). These “Virtual Tickets” allow access to these concerts for 30 days. Read more about our Virtual Tickets.

If you have other questions or concerns relating to health and safety, please reach out to Chautauqua Auditorium (for venue-related questions) or info@comusic.org (for Festival-related questions).
