HIKE | Located at the base of the Flatirons, the Chautauqua trails run straight through the heart of Chautauqua meadows with many paths to choose from. With a variety of interconnected trails, Chautauqua is the ideal destination for hikers of all levels looking for a peaceful setting with stunning views.

EAT | The Chautauqua Dining Hall has been a Boulder tradition since 1898. Savor spectacular views from the enchanting wraparound porch while enjoying fresh, Colorado bistro cuisine at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Open daily year-round, the Dining Hall offers a full bar with local beers and great wines to complement your meal.

TOUR | Use your mobile phone to take an interpretive audio tour to discover the history and uniqueness of the Colorado Chautauqua. The audio tour features nine stops and four interpretive panels located throughout the National Historic Landmark. Call 303-952-1600 from your mobile phone and press the corresponding tour stop number to listen to the narrative.

STAY | Since 1898, the Colorado Chautauqua has been hosting visitors seeking respite. Originally visitors slept in canvas tents with wooden floors. Simple cabins replaced the tents and over time those cabins have been renovated into cozy cottages, each with its own unique history and historic charm.
